While businesses are finally emerging from these trying times, many are still having to relook their workforce numbers in line with business priorities. One of the hardest decisions that leaders have had to make since the onset of the pandemic was workforce reductions. In other words, in today's changing times, it is important for leaders to have confidence in employees and the decisions they make.
